The “Saveurs du Valais” label enhances the gastronomy of the “Vieux-Pays”.
The association « Saveurs du Valais » is open to restaurant owners who give priority to offering authentic products from the Valais and commit to serving them in the traditional way, in accordance with the regulations adopted on 24th July 2007.

The “Saveurs du Valais” label is the guarantee to the client that he/she will be able to find a “Valaisanne plate” at any time of the day and at least 3 hot dishes and 2 desserts made from Valais products, good quality wines and authentic certified AOC, IGP and Valais brand products.
