Area of origin: Canton of Valais
Composition: only plants for herbal teas, aromatic plants and a little bit of sugar for Alptea.
Appearance, taste/flavour: these refreshing, thirst-quenching, low calorie drinks are an aid to relaxation and well-being.
Production: the plants used in the making of Valais herbal teas and Alptea come from organic cultivations. The sugar used is also organically produced.

Seasonality: year round
Conditions and length of preservation: 10 months away from heat, humidity and light. Once opened, Alptea should be kept refrigerated and drunk within 2-3 days.
There are three types of Alptea
Alptea Classic: contains mint, alchemilla, plantain and verbena.
Alptea Relax: contains thyme, sage, mallow, camomile, lemon balm, nettles and edelweiss.
Alptea Red: elder flowers, rosehips, lemon balm, hibiscus, mint and rhododendron.
The types of herbal teas are camomile, lemon balm, sage, verbena, mint and thyme.
