Site: a family mountain chalet, accessible by cable car from Champèry. A gourmet stop for skiers and ski -mountaineers. Valaisian room with an open fire.Terrace with panoramic view. Self-service for skiers in winter.

Valaisian cuisine: dishes made with seasonal wild plants : nettle soup, kidneys with gentian liqueur, gnocchi with rumex, lasagne with thistle, polenta from the pot. Seasonal desserts and home-made ice-cream. All year-round: Valaisian platter, one-course Portes du Soleil meals, smoked cold-meats from the Val d’Illiez, shepherd’s dish, apricot tart. 200 specialities from 25 wine-makers.
