Spécialités: Valaisanne plate, Fondue, Raclette

Site: pleasant bistro in the Vieux-Martigny district. Valaisian décor with old stone vaults, assorted rustic furniture with a chandelier above each table. Convivial bar. Mini-terrace. Warm, family atmosphere.

Valaisian cuisine: raw milk raclette served at all times. Fondue with cow’s, goat’s or ewe’s cheese. 8 sorts of Valaisian cheese croûtes. Rebibes (slivers of mountain cheese) as an appetizer. Various Valaisian platters with Viande séchée du Valais IGP (dried meat), cured ham, cured bacon and sausages from the neighbouring butchers’ shops. Salade du Midi with cured ham and Valaisian cheeses. Apricot or pear brandy tart. Choice of Valaisian wines.
