Site: one hundred year old family hotel by the Lötschberg railway line, in the heart of the countryside, overlooking Visp and the Rhône valley. Gourmet stop for hikers. Restaurant (40 places), dining-room ( 50 places), carnotzet (21 places), very large covered terrace (200 places), 2 rooms for seminars (10 and 40 places). Aperitif cellar. Hotel (38 beds). Dormitory accommodation for groups of up to 24 persons.

Valaisian cuisine: Valaisian soup with cheese. Cholera (meat and vegetable pie) with green salad. Hérens beef stew. Home-made sausage with rye bread from Ausserberg. Fillets of Lötschberg perch. Fillets of Valaisian trout.
