Building constructed in 1893 in the centre of the pedestrian zone. Nice and sunny terrace with magnificent view of the glacier and the busy streets of the village.

Regional specialities. High quality meat and fresh products. Fendant soup and cheese from the Valais. Cheese Fondue. Valaisan Roestis. Sausage from the Valley of Saas. Goat cheese with rye bread. Apricots marinated in Apricot liqueur.
