Site: a former abbey built in 1734. A splendid building, the property of the municipalityof Véytroz. One of the most beautiful restaurants in the Valais, complete with wine bar, carnotzet and several rooms for groups.

Valaisian cuisine: “Relais” menu. Valaisian cheese dishes (raclette, fondue, croûtes), Hérens beef entrecôte steak with Humagne red wine sauce (subject to availability). Valaisian platter. Rebibes (wafer-thin slivers of hard cheese )appetizer. Foie gras with Amigne de Vétroz. Autumn: brisoléé royale( a dish of roast chestnuts, cold cuts, cheese and fruit) and game, sometimes from the Valais. Seasonal fruit and vegetables. Valaisian sorbets. 300 wines from the Valais, 180 of which are from Vétroz.
