Site: elegant building, in the heart of the countryside, dating from the beginning of the 20th century on the road to the Col de la Forclaz and Chamonix. Interior in Valaisian wood style. Balcony with panoramic view. Summer terrace. Children’s play park.

Valaisian cuisine: various cheese croûtes and bagnard fondues (cheese, tomatoes). Alpine pasture cheese platter, cow and goat tomme cheeses (in season). Fillet of Hérens beef on a slate (subject to availability). Asparagus from Saillon, in spring. Valaisian platter. “Drapeau Suisse” salad in summer. Apricot tarts and Valaisian fruits, in season. Light meals also in the afternoon.
