Site: a convivial gourmet rendez-vous in an historic Martigny building. Restaurant, carnotzet, fine shady terrace under the plane trees of the Place Centrale.

Valaisian cuisine: Bagnard pancake. Cheese croûtes and rösti with Bagnes cheese. Valaisian platter, dried meat or cheeses. Bruson salad with tomme cheese from Champsec and cured ham from Chermignon. Herb salad from the Saint Bernard. In season: asparagus from Saillon. Valaisian sorbets. Valaisian fruit tarts. 20 vintage wines by the glass, 4 of which are selections of the month.
