Site: country house in middle of the vineyards above Martigny, with a rustic-style restaurant, large room for groups, and terrace with panoramic view.

Valaisian cuisine: famous for its delicious spring asparagus and legendary brisolée (a dish of roast chestnuts, cold meats, cheese and fruit) this magical place is also a year-round favourite for its Raclette du Valais AOC from Bagnes, its bagnard fondues with dahu (a mythical beast), 13 stars (with dried meat) or with tomatoes; or alternatively its pan-fried cheese croûtes, rösti raclette, mazot platter and vegetable fondue (reservation necessary). Valaisian dessert buffet. Specialities from neighbouring wine-growers.

Open 7/7 in July, August and October, from 9 am until 11 pm. Out of season: closed Tuesday evenings and Wednesdays. Annual holidays: January and the beginning of June. Access: motorway exit Martigny-St-Bernard , continue until the Martigny-Croix roundabout, then follow Plan-Cerisier.
