Honoured building (1943) in the heart of the village built like an eagle's nest above the Rhone valley. Restaurant, panoramic terrace, carnotzet, rooms.

Alpine pasture cheeses. Fondues and cheese croûtes. Raclette (from 4 people). Génépi herens meat. Valaisian platter. Rösti with Valaisian tomme cheese. Raron perch. Locally made ice-cream from Saillon.
