Hérens entrecôte steak. Raclette bagnarde (on request). 7 sorts of Bagnes cheese fondue. Bagnes croûtes. Julot croûte (boletus). Moulin vegetable pan. Valaisian asparagus (season). Brisolée (a dish of roast chestnuts, cold meats, cheese and fruit) (season).
