Hôtel-restaurant Becs de Bosson

Site: situated at the entrance to the picturesque village of Grimentz, the charming hotel Becs-de-Bosson is typical of the Val d’Anniviers with its restaurant-style carnotzet, its superb wood-panelled dining room, and its pleasant terrace.

Valaisian cuisine: the Valaisian platter gives pride of place to the dried produce of the Val d’Anniviers, and the raw milk raclette (every evening except Tuesdays), the fondues and the croûtes are made with cheeses from the valley. In season the management recommends the sérac (curd cheese) from the alpine pastures of Moiry and the Lugeat salad with Anniviers cheese and dried meat.

Open 7/7 from 8 am until 11 pm. Closed from mid-April to mid-May and for three weeks between the end of November and mid-December. Access: motorway exit Sierre-Est, follow Anniviers, Vissoie, then Grimentz (1570 m).
