Site: old village house in the heart of Mase. A friendly place, known far and wide for its original cuisine, its welcoming air, its terrace overlooking the wild region of the Val d’Hérens and its convivial atmosphere.

Valaisian cuisine: fillet, entrecôte steak, or simple steak of Fleur d’Hérens beef served on a slate platter, stew with mushrooms, kidneys, home-made rillettes (pâtés) and lasagnes. Valaisian rösti. Alpine pasture cheese croûtes. Valaisian platter. Regional home-made desserts. Valaisian wines, among them the famous exclusive blend “Pépite du Trappeur” from the Paradou de Nax cellar.
