The restaurant

A standing chalet-restaurant with a superb dining room offering fine cuisine. In the basement: wood and stone-style Carnotzet "La Boîte à Fromages" with authentic meals and specialities. Large sunny terrace at 1,450 m.

Valaisan Platter with cheeses of the region. Beef tenderloin from the Valley of Hérens. Fondue Glareyarde. Lamb shank with honey from our mountains. Fish "Filets de perches" in butter. Raclette with the "Ayent" cheese. Various fondues and cheese croûtes. Platter "Shepherd" and cheese soup in bread.
