Conviviality and pleasure for the palate…

Area of origin: Canton of Valais.

Composition: Apart from the  AOC Apricot brandy and the  AOC Valais pear eau-de-vie, which are emblematic of our region, the Valais offers many alcoholic spirits such as raspberry, absinthe, apple, quince and many more….

Appearance, taste/flavour: all of them are made with fruits or plants from the region. Let yourself be tempted by their flavours!

When drunk in moderation, they are synonyms for pleasure and conviviality….

To enjoy: after a good meal, as a dessert, in a cocktail or a cake.

Seasonality: On sale throughout the year

Suggested serving temperature: 8 to 12°C.

Conditions and length of preservation: indeterminate, store in a dry place, away from the light.
